1 I will dsing of the lovingkindness of the Lord forever;
To all generations I will emake known Your ffaithfulness with my mouth.
2For I have said, gLovingkindness will be built up forever;
In the heavens You will establish Your hfaithfulness.”
3I have made a covenant with iMy chosen;
I have jsworn to David My servant,
4I will establish your kseed forever
And build up your lthrone to all generations.”

5The nheavens will praise Your wonders, O Lord;
Your faithfulness also oin the assembly of the pholy ones.

9You rule the swelling of the sea;
When its waves rise, You ystill them.

11The adheavens are Yours, the earth also is Yours;

13You have

a strong arm;
Your hand is mighty, Your alright hand is exalted.
14 amRighteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne;

truth go before You.
15How blessed are the people who know the

O Lord, they walk in the arlight of Your countenance.
16In asYour name they rejoice all the day,
And by Your righteousness they are exalted.
17For You are the glory of attheir strength,
And by Your favor

Once You spoke in vision to Your godly

20“I have befound David My servant;
With My holy bfoil I have anointed him,

22The enemy will not

deceive him,

bkson of wickedness afflict him.
23“But I shall blcrush his adversaries before him,
And strike those who hate him.
24“My bmfaithfulness and My lovingkindness will be with him,
And in My name his bnhorn will be exalted.
25I shall also set his hand boon the sea
And his right hand on the rivers.
26He will cry to Me, ‘You are bpmy Father,
My God, and the bqrock of my salvation.’
27I also shall make him My brfirstborn,
The bshighest of the kings of the earth.
28“My btlovingkindness I will keep for him forever,
And My bucovenant shall be confirmed to him.
29So I will establish his

bwdescendants forever
And his bxthrone byas the days of heaven.

30If his sons bzforsake My law
And do not walk in My judgments,
31If they
Lit profane
violate My statutes
And do not keep My commandments,
32Then I will punish their transgression with the cbrod
And their iniquity with stripes.
33But I will not break off ccMy lovingkindness from him,
Nor deal falsely in My faithfulness.
34“My cdcovenant I will not
Lit profane
violate,
Nor will I cfalter
Lit that which goes forth
the utterance of My lips.

Or One thing
Once I have cisworn by My holiness;
I will not lie to David.
36“His
Lit seed

ckdescendants shall endure forever
And his clthrone cmas the sun before Me.
37It shall be established forever cnlike the moon,
And the cowitness in the sky is faithful.”

You have been full of wrath

39You have cuspurned the covenant of Your servant;
You have cvprofaned cwhis crown
Lit to the ground
in the dust.
40You have cybroken down all his walls;
You have czbrought his strongholds to ruin.
41 daAll who pass along the way plunder him;
He has become a dbreproach to his neighbors.
42You have dcexalted the right hand of his adversaries;
You have ddmade all his enemies rejoice.
43You also turn back the edge of his sword
And have denot made him stand in battle.
44You have made his

And cast his throne to the ground.
45You have dhshortened the days of his youth;

46 djHow long, O Lord?
Will You hide Yourself forever?
Will Your dkwrath burn like fire?

what my span of life is;

Or have You...men?
You have created all the sons of men!
48What man can live and not dpsee death?
Can he dqdeliver his soul from the

49Where are Your former lovingkindnesses, O Lord,

50Remember, O Lord, the dureproach of Your servants;

How I bear in my bosom the reproach of all the many peoples,
51With which dwYour enemies have reproached, O Lord,
With which they have reproached the footsteps of dxYour anointed.
